This is to inform that The Adjudicating Officer of SEBI has in relation to the Adjudication Proceedings initiated against Company vide SCN No.EAD-5/ADJ/BS/HKS/OW/14023/2018 dated May 10, 2018 has disposed off the case without any penalty or any adverse findings against the Company.
