Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board meeting held on May 06, 2016, Mr. Ninad Karpe, Managing Director & CEO of the Company, informed the Board that he would like to step down from the position of Managing Director & CEO.<BR><BR>While accepting Mr. Karpes request, the Board requested him to continue in the said position till a successor is appointed.
