This is to inform you that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and its subsidiary from January 01, 2022 till 48 (forty eight) hours after declaration and submission of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 to the stock exchanges.
