| ARCHANA SOFTWARE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 intimation is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be convened on Saturday, the 13th day of August 2022 at 03.00 P.M at Land Marvel Nest, First Floor, 3 First Main Road, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020 to consider inter-alia, amongst other subjects to approve: 1)To consider and approve the Board's Report for the Financial Year 2021-22. 2)To fix the Date, Time and venue for the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3)To fix date for book closure. 4)To approve notice for ensuing Annual General Meeting. 5)To appoint Mrs. Lakshmmi Subramanian as Scrutinizer for e-voting to be conducted in the ensuing AGM. | |
