This is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 25th January, 2024, Post obtaining approval of the shareholders, inter alia, for change of name of the company by way of special resolution through postal ballot process by remote e-voting. We would like to inform that the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre has approved the change of name of The Company from Archana Software Limited to Popees Cares Limited effective from April 5, 2024.
