In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company''s securities shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel along with their immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company from Wednesday 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for approval of stated unaudited financial result shall be intimated separately.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.<BR>
