Approved the Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditor's report, Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for audit report with modified opinion) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 as reviewed by the Audit Committee. 2. Re-appointed M/s Dhar Tiku & Co. as Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2024-25. 3. Re-appointed M/s A Upadhyaya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2024-25.
