| ARIHANT FOUNDATIONS & HOUSING LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to intimate you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited will be held on Sunday, the 14th day of August, 2022 at the registered office of the Company to consider inter alia the following business: 1. To consider and approve Unaudited Standalone an Consolidated Financial Results subject to limited review report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 As intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide our letter dated 30th June 2022, kindly note that the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its ''Designated Persons'' is closed from July 01, 2022 and shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors.
