| ARIHANT FOUNDATIONS & HOUSING LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th August, 2024 to consider inter alia to consider the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditor for the corresponding period and any other business with the permission of the chair. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by BSE, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for the Designated Persons has been closed with effect from 1st July, 2024 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
