| Arihant Institute Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Ma'am, Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting In pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Arihant Institute Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2024 at 221, Binali Complex, 2nd Floor, Near Torrent Power & Opp. Surya Kurti Flats, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013, to transact the following business; 1. To consider and approve audited standalone financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2024. 2. Any other item with the permission of the Chairperson. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
