Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that under Company Petition No. (IB) 1245 (MB)/2021 the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai has vide it's Order dated 1st December 2022, ordered and directed to initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Arshiya Northern FTWZ Limited i.e. Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Arshiya Limited and subsequently the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), has issued stay order vide it's Order dated 2nd December 2022.
