Janhabi Deo R/o India having DIN No. 07257699 and PAN No. AAJPD5763D, hereby tender my resignation from the post of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect (i.e. 17.11.2021) which may please be accepted. The resignation is purely on account of personal reason and other professional commitments.<BR> <BR> I would like to convey my deep sense of appreciation and feeling of gratitude for the support I received from all the other Directors on the Board and senior executives of the Company during the period of my association with the Company.
