| Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 7th June, 2024 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that in the 26th (Twenty Sixth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company, it was decided to conduct the e-voting inter-alia for approval of the Supplementary Budget for the month of June, 2024, receipt and payment account for the month of May, 2024, Appointment of M/s ARMS & Associates, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to conduct the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and approval of Minimum Wage Policy of Govt. of Odisha. The e-voting was conducted between 10th June, 2024 and 15th June, 2024 and the resolution is duly approved by the COC with requisite majority. | |
