Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, we wish to inform that M/s A R M S & ASSOCIATES were being appointed by the CoC (Committee of Creditors) through e-voting held between 10th-15th June, 2024 with requisite majority to fill the casual vacancy caused due to death of the existing Auditor of the Company to conduct Statutory Audit for the year ended 31st March, 2024. Disclosures as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed herewith as ANNEXURE 1
