In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 23rd April, 2025 about the meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the 39th (Thirty Ninth) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, the corporate debtor was duly convened on Friday 25.04.2025 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing.
The meeting was concluded at 16.07 Hours.
