Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Shah, Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from Thursday, 17th November, 2022 upto the period of appointment of new Company Secretary who shall act as a Compliance Officer of the Company.
