The Company would like to clarify on the reason for delay in submission of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 as under: The Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor was not placed on due time. Further the board instructed the Management to issue necessary direction to all concerned to ensure timely compliances to maintain good Corporate Governance.
