| 1. The unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 and we are enclosing herewith the following: a) Standalone unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and none months ended December 31, 2024 along with Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. b) Consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the quarter nine months ended December 31, 2025 along with Limited Review Report on Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. 2. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.005/- per equity share of par value Rs. 1/- each (i.e .5% of face value of equity shares) for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, to the Members of the Company as on February 17, 2025, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before March 7, 2025. | |
