In compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, inter alia considered and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee approved the proposal for appointment of Mr. Manoj Shah, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 7th April 2025, in terms of sections 2(19) and 203 of the Companies Act. - Enclosed.
