Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in terms of Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by BSE Limited dated April 02,2019, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the "Code"), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons/promoters/directors/KMP/insiders, etc." covered under the Code and their immediate relatives, w.e.f. Monday, July 1, 2024, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
