This is in furtherance to our press release dated July 22, 2021 issued by the Company titled 'Arvind Fashions divests the assets of 'UNLIMITED' business'. <BR> <BR> We hereby report that after completion of the customary conditions precedent, Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has completed the sale of assets of the UNLIMITED retail business and received part consideration of Rs 130 Crore from V-Mart Retail Limited. The balance consideration will be received as per the terms of the agreement.<BR>
