We hereby inform you that in terms of Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the UnAudited Financial Results of half year ended 30th September, 2022; for Designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives.
