Aryaman Capital Markets Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Aryaman Capital Markets Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 26, 2022 at Registered Office of the Company at 60, Khatau Building, Ground Floor, Alkesh Dinesh Modi Marg, Opp. P. J. Tower (Bse Bldg.), Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, inter-alia to discuss and approve, among other items, the Audited Financial Results for half year and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
