March 10, 2016.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Taking note of the resignation of Mr. Tanuj Rastogi, from the post of Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. March 15, 2016;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. Appointment of Mr. Narender Kumar as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f March 28, 2016;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;5. Appointment of Mr. Ram Dhiraj as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. March 28, 2016.
