ASHIANA AGRO INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at Chennai, i.e, New No.337, Old No.248, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 006 on 22nd August, 2024 at 3.00 PM to consider, inter alia, the convening of Annual General Meeting on 25th September, 2024 at 11 AM through VC/OAVM and to approve Secretarial Audit Report for 2023-24. The Board will also consider finalizing activities related to the forthcoming AGM.
