Intimation for closure of Trading Window from 01st April 2024 for all the Designated Employees and their immediate relatives in compliance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2018 as amened from time to time. The Trading Window shall re-open after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
