To approve audited financial statements for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025; 2. To discuss and consider the settlement proposal with Yes Bank Limited in respect of the company&apos;s loan account which has been classified as Non-Performing Asset (NPA) in the books of the bank. 3. Any other business with the permission of chairman and other business arising out of above business and incidental &amp; ancillary to the business.
