In reference to the captioned subject matter and in continuation of intimations dated 06.08.2024 and 19.08.2024, we are hereby submitting the 2nd Corrigendum to the Notice of (01/2024-2025) Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Ashika Credit Capital Limited scheduled to be held on Friday, 30.08.2024 at 11:30 am through VC/OAVM. Except the changes mentioned in the Corrigendum, all information and content as set out in the EGM Notice dated 31.07.2024, including the resolutions to be considered thereat remains unchanged.
