The Company has received a demand order for the collection of GST along with the interest and penalty amounting to Rs.337.04 Lakh. The Company shall file an appeal before the Commissioner (Appeal) against the said order within the prescribed timeline. There will be no impact on the operations and other activities of the company. However, the profit of the Company will reduced by the amount to the extent of payment of demand in case of appeal is not accepted or accepted partially.
