Pursuant to the SEBI Regulation 2015 amended from time to time and as per terms of Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company), the Company informs that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives and connected persons shall be closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024 to the Exchanges.
