Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on intimation sent by Company's RTA- Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd, regarding the information received from the shareholder for loss/ misplaced of share certificates and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificates details of which have been attached in the PDF. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder / claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
