| Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received intimation letter from our RTA - Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd, regarding the duplicate share certificates of the Company that have been issued, the details of which are given in the PDF attached. The aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholders and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Shareholder's Relationship Committee in its meeting held on March 03, 2023. Further, Register of Duplicate Share Certificate sent by Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd ('RTA'), is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. However, the Company/ RTA will follow the procedure as per SEBI Circular No., SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 for issuance of duplicate shares in dematerialized form. | |
