| Asian Warehousing Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance with Reg 29 of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday,July 29, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the registered office of the company, to consider and approve the following businesses: - 1. Approval of Directors' Report along with its Annexures and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2024. 2. To fix date, time and venue of the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company and approve the Draft notice of AGM. 3. Appointment of scrutinizer for e-voting process for the ensuing 12th Annual General Meeting of the company. 4. Approval of closure of the register of members and share transfer book. 5. Approval of the e-voting platform for providing remote electronic voting ('e-voting') facility to the shareholders at the ensuing 12th Annual General Meeting. 6.
