With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that Mr. Sumit R Sharma, tendered resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 16th May, 2022 (close of business hours). We wish to inform you that the Company has accepted resignation letter to resign him after the closure of business hour of May 16, 2022, and the matter for succession will be placed before the Board of Directors at their ensuing meeting. There is no material reason for resignation.
