Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results together with the Limited Review Report for the second quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, trading window will remain closed between August 06, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
