Assam Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Govt. of Assam through a notification dated March 21, 2016 appointed Shri V. B. Pyarelal, IAS and Shri Pradeep Kumar Das as members of the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Shri Sameer Kumar Khare, IAS and Shri Shyam Lal Mewara, IAS respectively with effect from March 21, 2016. Further, Govt. of Assam through another notification dated April 19, 2016 appointed Smt. Shehla Rahman, ACS as a director of the Company with immediate effect.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors of the Company have passed necessary resolutions in circulation to that effect on April 30, 2016.
