Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulations'), this is to inform you that ICRA Limited, vide its letters dated March 14, 2023, has assigned / re-affirmed Credit Rating for Rs.981.0 Crore (enhanced from Rs.839.0 Crore) long and short term Bank Facilities and Rs.300 Crore Commercial Paper programme of Astec LifeSciences Limited. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(8) of the SEBI Regulations, this intimation will also made available on the Company's website at www.astecls.com.
