| Pursuant to the aforementioned regulation, please be informed that Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company has extended its facility and launched Aster MIMS Women and Children Block, at Aster MIMS Kottakal on September 13, 2021. <BR> <BR> Aster MIMS Women and Children Block has 75 beds with state-of-the-art facilities located at Changuvetty, Kottakal P.O Malappuram, Kerala. This shall be first exclusive and dedicated Women and Children Hospital of Aster in Kerala. <BR> <BR> The details required as per circular number CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 pertaining to continuous disclosure requirements for listed entities under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been enclosed as Annexure I. <BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record. <BR> | |
