Astron Paper & Board Mill Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> <BR> With reference to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020 for the purpose of following matters,<BR> <BR> 1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.<BR> <BR> In view of the said meeting, trading window of the company which is closed effective from 1st October, 2020 shall remain closed till 12th November, 2020 i.e. elapse of 48 hours (Business Hours) after the declaration of financial results.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
