In Relation to the Right Issue and in accordance with regulations 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclusure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Regulation 68 of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. In continuation to our outcome of the meeting for th Board of Directors held on Wednesday August 14, 2024, thje Board had considered and approved the Record Dare as Friday, August 22, 2024 for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the Right Issue.
