With reference to the capitoned subject, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited ("the Comapny") have vide circular resolution passed on November 25, 2025, alloted 7,69,375 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects .
Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has incresed from Rs. 38,06,37,934/- consisting of 38,06,37,934 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to Rs. 38,14,07,309/- consisting of 38,14,07,309 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
