Atlanta Devcon Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our intimation dated 09th May, 2023 regarding Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th May, 2023 at the Registered office of the Company for the business of considering inter alia audited financials for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, We hereby inform you that due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that arose, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has now been rescheduled on Saturday, 27th May, 2023 at the registered office of the Company.
