Kindly note that pursuant to clause 4 of the schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as well as in term of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated person of the Company and their immediate relatives, Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for all the designated person of the company and their immediate relatives. The date of Board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 will be intimated to Stock Exchange in due course.
