Kindly note that pursuant to clause 4 of the schedule the SEBI ( Prohibition of insider regulation, 2015 as well as in terms of code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report riding by Designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, Notice is hereby given the the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Sunday, 01st October ,2023 till the 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives. the date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the un audited financial results for quarter ended on 30th September, 2023 will be intimated to stock exchange in due course.
