This is to inform you that as per the Company`s Insider Trading -'Code of Conduct', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (including any amendments(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Sunday, 1st January 2023 to 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ending 31st December 2022.
