Pursuant to applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we submit herewith the copies of newspaper advertisement published by the Bank in all India edition of Financial Express in English and in Jaipur Edition of Nafa Nuksan in Hindi on July 05, 2024 regarding notice of the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') and e-voting information, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations. This will also be hosted on the website of the Bank at www.aubank.in.
