Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) and immediate relatives from April 01, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, become generally available.
