| <BR> The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, November 11, 2020, has, inter alia, considered and approved:- <BR> <BR> 1. the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We enclose herewith the said Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR> 2. a Second Interim Dividend @ 125% i.e Rs.1.25 (Rupee one and paise twenty five) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21. The Company has fixed November 24, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend and the same will be paid on or before December 4, 2020.<BR> <BR> | |
