This is to inform you that, pursuant to Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives), shall remain closed with effect from January 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2021. The date of Board Meeting to be held for considering, inter alia, the unaudited Financial Results for the above mentioned period, will be intimated to BSE Ltd. in due course of time as per the provisions of LODR.
