Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 9th November, 2022 to inter alia transact the following businesses: 1. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 along with limited review report. 2. Any other item with the permission of the Chairman/Chairperson, if any. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
